This web site offers information and discounts at no charge to our Student Savings Club members. We do not collect personal information from our members for the purpose of selling that information to third party companies; however, due to the nature of discounts and our Student Savings Club program, we will promote discounted offers to our valued members who have requested or agreed to receive these types of offers.

Information requested and/or required from us is for the purpose of improving the quality of offers we negotiate and provide to our valued Student Savings Club members. We work on behalf of the Student Government Associations for the Colleges or Universities highlighted on this site and adhere to their governed policies regarding the protection of their privacy.

Currently, we are working with individual Student Government Associations to enhance the value and availability of the discounted offers we provide to the student body, so personal student information may be required. If so, we will work in conjunction with the Student Government Association to adhere to the policies and restrictions governing the use of the students' personal information.

Again, No Third Party companies will have direct access to your personal information via our database of student information. Should you receive any message from us outside of this policy, please notify us at support@StudentSavingsClub.com immediately.

We make every effort to provide accurate information, promote reputable merchants, and negotiate discounted offers on your behalf, but we make no warranty and may not be held liable for any losses or damages which may occur as a result of any person taking advantage of merchants' offers, using information or products associated with this site, or any of our merchants or merchants' websites. The Student Savings Club staff works hard to recommend outstanding businesses (merchants) on a local and national basis which have your best interest in mind and save you money; however, we will not be held liable for their actions. Use your best judgment in evaluating and taking advantage of the offers presented to you.

Terms and Conditions:

Must be 18 years or older to win. Winner must provide evidence, such as copy of a valid student ID card, that he or she is currently a student. The drawing will be held monthly. The winner will be determined by Collegiate Services, Inc. All decisions are final. The winner will be notified by e-mail, using the e-mail address provided during registration, and will have ten days to provide identifying information to redeem the prize.

Employees of Collegiate Services, Inc. and their family members are excluded from winning.
