Down Dog Hot Yoga is for appropriate for all levels of yoga students from someone who has never been to yoga, to the experienced yogi. You do not need to be flexible or in great shape to enjoy the benefits of a great yoga workout.
New students are given special attention, helping them learn the flow of class (which will come naturally over time) and are taught easier variations of poses and resting poses to utilize until they get comfortable with the flow.
