The STUDENT SAVINGS CLUBSM
is a great way for students, faculty and staff at your
college or university to save many thousands of dollars
each year at local businesses that are important to
you.
The program is provided at no charge
to the school and students. It requires an organization
on campus to sponsor the program. Examples of sponsoring
organizations include student government, the student
life office, residence halls association, or any recognized
student organization.
- Through the STUDENT SAVINGS CLUBSM
local and online businesses extend discounts on goods
and services to the college community. Each discount
will be available for a full year, and can be redeemed
an unlimited number of times (unless otherwise specified).
The cost of the program is paid by the participating
businesses.
- The discounts for your college
are listed on the STUDENT SAVINGS CLUBSM
website, where students can print out a handy pocket
guide. Click

- To redeem the local offers or discounts, students
must show a valid school ID, or a STUDENT SAVINGS
CLUBSM card (provided at no charge to schools that do not have school IDs) when making a purchase. Faculty and staff may also redeem
discounts in the same way.
- The sponsoring organization promotes
the program on campus in order to make all students
aware of the discounts available to them. The organization
is asked to send emails to the student body during
the school year, to submit information to the school
newspaper, to place posters in high-traffic areas,
to distribute the STUDENT SAVINGS CLUBSM
cards, and to promote the program in other ways that
work for your school.
- Participating merchants will display
window decals indicating that they are STUDENT SAVINGS
CLUBSM businesses. They may also display
their discount promotions on point-of-purchase wall
displays.
